Hand-forged all-purpose knife
This knife was forged and finished by hand in Quebec, in a small batch.
It is built for daily preparation including vegetables and boneless meat, for more precise work. Petty knife is usually great to assist with smaller tasks in the kitchen, like cutting fruits and small vegetables. The heal is high enough that the knife can be used on the cutting board with finger clearance.
It is easy to maintain with regular sharpening. It will develop character over time through regular use.
Attention is given to balance, handle length, and overall feel and harmony, making it comfortable in hand. Like all my work, it is intended to be used regularly, maintained simply, and to evolve naturally through years of cooking.
